Our first album as Glazik/Noonan was created on the day of our first rehearsal, our first musical meeting
and as it later turned out, the day Peter Brotzmann passed away - on the 22nd of June 2023.
We like to believe his energy transcended somehow, into what we knowingly created.

The music on this album is a natural combination of two personalities, two energies, two completely different musical worlds coming together
from different sides of the globe, and clashing in the London way.

The fruit of this meeting is a very coherent soundscape, showing great sensitivity and experience in dealing with improvised music.
You may also hear trains passing over our heads, this is because the Seans studio is located under a railway line.
We like it that way.

We dedicate this album to the memory of the great powerhouse that was and will always be:
Peter Brotzmann.
